FRSC official brutalized in Jibowu this morning (photos)

According to an eyewitness see below:

"On my way to church this morning, I witnessed a hot chase of a FRSC officer by some men. They eventually caught up with him at Jibowu and he was severely brutalized. He's alleged to have caused an accident while trying to flag a motorist down."
