According to facebook user who posted these photos,he wrote:
'i wish i have the power or money to sue,i swear Aswama will make me a millionaire. whats happening in onitsha wey we don dey breath small
the fact is Obiano is not working, Onitsha stinks'
Well,hope Anambra govt do something about it.
